1. About these terms

This website is operated by Wind Muses ("Wind Muses", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

2. Who can order

We sell to customers in the United States and ship to US addresses only. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Personalized products

Our pendants are made to order with the details you provide. You're responsible for checking that your chosen birth month, finish and personalization text are correct before ordering; we engrave exactly what you enter.

We may refuse or cancel any order whose personalization text is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else's rights (for example, trademarks). In that case we'll refund you in full.

4. Product images and colors

We work to show our products accurately, but colors, finishes and engraving details can vary slightly from the images on screen, and each engraving is unique. Small variations are not considered defects.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't fulfil it. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and refund policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, illustrations, photos, text and our logo, belongs to Wind Muses or its licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Apart from the commitments in our refund policy and any rights you have under law, our products and this website are provided "as is", without other warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
